I’m going the distance to change the lives of country kids!
From Sunday 17 May, I’ll be setting off from Parkes to cycle over 380+km across regional NSW to raise vital funds for the developmental and mental health of Australia’s country kids.
Royal Far West’s mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of children living in rural and remote communities. Every Australian child deserves access to quality health, education, and developmental services — but for many country kids, distance and a lack of local services stand in the way. Some children are waiting up to six years to see a paediatrician, or are told there are no services available at all.
For these kids, missing out on timely care can mean missing out on their potential to thrive. That’s why I’m going the distance — to help close the health gap and go beyond for country kids.
I’m riding to help raise $500,000 to connect children with the critical assessments, therapies, and support they need to thrive.
You can help by donating via this page and sharing it with your network. Every dollar — no matter how big or small — makes a real difference.
Thank you so much for your support. It means the world to me — and even more to the kids we’re riding for.
Cheers,
Christina
