From 4 April 2027, we’ll be setting off from Goulburn to cycle more than 380km through the Southern Tablelands of NSW as part of Ride for Country Kids, raising vital funds for the developmental and mental health of Australia’s country kids.
Royal Far West’s mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of children living in rural and remote communities. Every child deserves access to quality health, education and developmental services, yet for many country families, distance, workforce shortages and limited local services make accessing support a real challenge. Some children wait months, or even years, for the care they need.
That’s why we're taking on this challenge – to help ensure every country child can thrive, no matter where they live.
This year, Ride for Country Kids is aiming to raise $500,000 to help connect children and families with the critical assessments, therapies and support they need to thrive.
