These Terms and Conditions (T&C's) are designed to enable the Event to operate safely, effectively and in accordance with the law. By joining Spin Off 2025 you accept and agree to be bound by these T&C's.

Spin Off 2025 Commitments
By joining us for the Spin Off 2025 Event all participants commit to and must:
- Register through the website and remit all funds to Royal Far West
- Agree to the fundraising terms of the Event
- Accept the Waiver, release and discharge
- Warrant they are physically fit and assume responsibility for any medical conditions
- Take responsibility for their own health and safety at all times and advise Event staff of any health or other condition that may affect their own or others ability to participate safely on the day
- Follow all safety instructions provided by Event staff or volunteers on the day. Please note anyone that appears unwell or unable to safely continue maybe removed by Event staff at their discretion
- In connection with the Event act at all times in a responsible, respectful and inclusive manner that positively promotes the reputation of Royal Far West including appropriate use of social media (which is strongly encouraged)
Waiver Release and Discharge
I acknowledge that Royal Far Wests public liability insurance does not provide cover for Event participants.
Photography
By participating in this Event and agreeing to thes T&C's, you consent to the taking of photos and video footage of you during the Event by Royal Far West or its authorised agents, and authorise such use of these images or footage of you by RFW, its authorised agents and sponsors for promotional or fundraising purposes in all forms of media without further approval or compensation.
RFW Branded gear
You may be provided with RFW branded merchandise featuring ours or sponsors logos. Wearing branded gear during the Event is encouraged to promote visibility and support of RFW. You can also accessorise with appropriate corporate branded items. Importantly Lycra is not required.
Personal responsibility
You are responsible for all personal property that you bring to the Event. You understand that RFW accepts no responsibility whatsoever for any loss, damage or harm caused to your personal property. RFW may offer access to showers and change rooms for your convenience on the day. Please speak to our Events team if you are interested in this option.
Event cancellation and weather
Except as is otherwise stated in these T&C's and as required by law, RFW is under no obligation to refund monies or entry fees due to non-use, cancellation, failure to participate or dissatisfaction by a participant.
The Event is held outdoors (under marquees) and will proceed except in the event of etreme or dangerous weather conditions. In RFW's discretionl, the Event maybe cancelled, modified or postponed, including at short notice due to circumstances beyond the control of RFW. RFW is not liable to any participant for any loss, damage or cost of any kind. On cancellation, event fees may be refunded or credited at RFW discretion.
Rider changes
RFW will consider transferring a registration to another participant if a rider is deemed unfit or unable to participate in the Event.
The new participant must be committed to reaching the fundraising target and must also agree to these T&C's.
All riders as registered at 30 September 2025 commit to participating in the event in accordance with these T&C's, including meeting the fundraising target.
Fundraising terms
This event is designed to raise awareness and funds to support kids in the country who are unable to access health care and other services vital to their wellbeing and development. To this event every riding team is committed to raising a minimum of $5,000.
Privacy
Personal information collected during registration will be used for event administration, fundraising tracking and to keep you informed of RFW activities.
Your personal information will be handled in accordance with RFW Privacy Policy.
